Creative Automation Specialist - Graphic Design Focus

What you'll do

As a Creative Automation Specialist with a focus on graphic design at Cape, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients to optimise their creative process using our platform and Template Designer. Template Designer is our in-tool design software, similar to Figma or Adobe products like InDesign or After Effects. You will make creative templates for our clients, so they can scale their creative production process. Your responsibilities will encompass creating templates, providing trainings, and improving our product for a better user experience. Your insights and expertise will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our product, ensuring our clients' creative needs are met with excellence. 

• Template Creation and Training: Design and develop templates that cater to clients' specific needs, helping them automate their creative production process. Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions to educate clients on effectively utilizing Template Designer for their campaign creatives.

• Client Support: Offer direct support to clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings and online interactions. Address their queries, troubleshoot issues, and assist them in overcoming any challenges they may encounter while creating campaigns with Template Designer.

• Feedback and Innovation: Actively participate in monthly meetings with clients and the product team to provide valuable feedback about the tool's performance and identify areas for improvement. Share your creative ideas and insights to enhance the functionality and features of Template Designer.

• Client Advise: Work closely with clients to understand their brand guidelines and scaling objectives. Offer professional advice and innovative solutions to enhance their creative setup and streamline their marketing efforts.

• Product Demonstrations: Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations to potential clients. Showcase the functionalities of Template Designer and highlight its value in meeting their creative requirements.

Skills

• Design Tools Proficiency: Experience in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, and possibly After Effects would be advantageous.

• Project Management: Ability to estimate project timelines and manage tasks efficiently to meet internal and external deadlines.

• Resourcefulness: Handle new client ideas and effectively troubleshoot and address issues as they arise.

• Brand Guideline Compliance: Demonstrate a strong understanding of client brand guidelines and the ability to support them in achieving their scaling objectives.

• Creativity and Innovation: Generate new ideas and solutions to cater to clients' needs and enhance the capabilities of our product.

• Experience: Work experience of 1-2 years in a relevant field or enthusiastic beginners eager to learn are welcome to apply.
