What do we do?

At Cape, we supercharge digital marketing by powering the creative workflow and automating the campaign setup for our clients. Cape speeds up the creative process with on-brand templates and accelerates creative versioning for display, social, video and DOOH ads. Clients can easily collaborate with all teams in one platform, so there is less context-switching, faster cycle times and fewer errors. When the ads are ready to go, we power media buying to automate ad ops and campaign activation. This way, all ads are trafficked accordingly and contain the correct product specs, so our clients can publish in a few clicks to the correct audience on all media channels.

What are you going to do?

You will be part of a young and enthusiastic client team that onboards new clients to our SaaS-platfrom, Cape. Cape is a marketing automation software that makes creating advertisements for social, display and video as easy as one two three. How? Cape creates ads for a wide range of channels and dimensions, all based on dynamic templates. Those templates can have an unlimited number of options that are all based on the clients briefing and brand guidelines. As a product specialist you create those templates in our software module, Template Designer. After you get the hang of this “photoshop-like-tool” you will train (potential) clients that can use the tool on their own, as a self service tool.

The clients you will talk to are multinational brands Rituals, Just Eat Takeaway.com, Basic-Fit and many more!

• 09:00h - She starts with her favourite beverage to get the creative fluids going;

• 10:00h - Kickoff meeting with Aldi Suisse. Let’s discuss how they would like to use their social ads. I’m wondering if they would like only feedbased product images or the ability to add those products in a video as well.

• 11.00h - Meeting with the client went great! A quick double check with fellow team member, media specialists Sina to see how my creatives can work in Meta;

• 11.30h - Support questions from one of our BeNeLux clients;

• 12.00h - Lunch with the team;

• 13.00h - Quick clean up of that mailbox. Jep, even superheroes receive mail.

• 13.30h - Discussing a new feature with the development team to improve the module: Template Designer

• 15.00h - Testing one of the newest features from last hackathon, Photoshop plugin.

• 16.00h - A training with our Latin American partner that you will host. Today their team (of 5 people) will learn more about animating videos in Template Designer.

Skills that we would like you have or can excel in during this job:

• Fluently communicate in English as well as in Dutch;

• Presenting in front of 15+ people in a video call or in a physical meeting room

• An eye for detail if it comes down to graphical design;

• Translate the client needs to innovations for the development team

• Manage expectation of clients
