What we do
At Cape, we scale digital marketing to supercharge the creative workflow and automate the campaign setup for our clients. Our users can create, collaborate, and publish their display, social, video, and DOOH solutions in one platform. The creation of relevant ads with custom templates is automated while achieving a fantastic workflow by collaborating within the Cape platform. Once the ad is ready to be published, the ad trafficking and media buying is fully automated by our tool, so our clients can publish in a few clicks to the correct audience on all media channels.
As our product is extensive and modular, covering everything from creation to publication for any digital touch point your role as a Solution Engineer is crucial. You'll navigate the technical functionalities of Cape, ensuring a perfect fit for our clients' specific use cases. Your expertise will be fundamental in determining the features they need, making you an essential part of our team.
What you’ll do:
Understand the technical capabilities of Cape to effectively communicate product benefits, address inquiries, provide technical clarifications, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions for a tailored product fit.
Design solutions based on client needs, involving integration with existing systems.
Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the technical part of the Cape implementation and support teams for a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor to provide troubleshooting and support
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of digital marketing with a preference for familiarity with media buying practices and ad platforms.
Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the sales team.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills for showcasing technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently for timely delivery.
