You can find our team in offices based in Amsterdam, London and Tilburg – but we also have an international sales team active all around the world.
What do we do?
At Cape, we scale digital marketing to supercharge the creative workflow and automate the campaign setup for our clients. Our users can create, collaborate, and publish their display, social, video, and DOOH solutions all in one platform. The creation of relevant ads with custom templates is automated, while achieving an amazing workflow by collaborating within Cape. Once the ad is ready to be published, the ad trafficking and media buying is fully automated by our tool, so our clients can publish in a few clicks to the correct audience on all media channels.

Besides that, we have 2 offices in the Netherlands to work from, but we are very open about hybrid working. Our development office is in Tilburg, The Netherlands, and we have a commercial office in Amsterdam.

What are you going to do?
Our ambition is great, and you will help us to keep growing;
You understand the needs and ambitions of the client and can decide if what they want is a match with Cape;
Together with Cape’s commercial team, you find the best way to communicate everything we have to offer to our (potential) clients;
Managing sales, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets;
You generate highly qualified leads;
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads;
Follow-up with prospects through outbound cold calls, LinkedIn, or emails;
Together with our team, you play a major role in identifying key players of all industry sectors and know how to generate interest for these groups;
You can manage Cape’s prospect database in assigned segments;
You make sure that we are the one that makes the client reach their full potential!
What do you have in store?
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management;
Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus;
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level;
You love to do market research, identify key players, and generate leads;
Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive and energetic phone skills, and exquisite listening skills.
An eye for detail;
You are proactive, dynamic and not afraid to fail;
At your best in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you need to be flexible;
Master in multitasking and managing time effectively;
Native Dutch & Professional level of English proficiency
