What do we do?
At Cape, we supercharge digital marketing by powering the creative workflow and automating the campaign setup for our clients. Cape speeds up the creative process with on-brand templates and accelerates creative versioning for display, social, video and DOOH ads. Clients can easily collaborate with all teams in one platform, so there is less context-switching, faster cycle times and fewer errors. When the ads are ready to go, we power media buying to automate ad ops and campaign activation. This way, all ads are trafficked accordingly and contain the correct product specs, so our clients can publish in a few clicks to the correct audience on all media channels.

What are you going to do?
Cape is looking for a Media Publishing Project Manager with strength in project management, programmatic media, and campaign performance, who is eager to be a part of a growing Martech organization and innovative global team.
Cape brings a new approach to media buying where we automate these lengthy and repetitive processes by putting these in publication profiles that can be used in any ad tech platform. Booking cross-platform campaigns have never been easier so more time for learning and optimisation - Google agrees ;)
It is up to you to analyse our clients’ current campaign setup and best practices, so you can apply automation to their way of working. You will give your input for the strategy, integration, and execution of campaign activation to help the media teams of our clients to find a publication setup that works for them and use your expertise to further optimize and innovate our platform. During the onboarding, you are curious about the way assets are created, trafficked and optimised in platforms such as GMP (CM360, DV360, GA) and Meta for Business. After onboarding, you will help clients with additional requests and build a long-term relationship.
Our ambition is great, and you will help us to keep growing. Specific responsibilities will include:
Be the main person of contact for our clients when they have questions about their publication setup (i.e. media activation in ad platforms)
Support the implementation of the publication setup of clients from various industries
Work closely with our Client and Development team to optimise client onboarding and API connections
Investigate how we can tailor our product to agencies and move to a more self-service publication setup.
Take the lead in identifying opportunities and industry trends so we can respond accordingly and get our clients (and product) to the next level
Personalise your approach according to the prospect. We are building a human connection; our prospects should feel that they are valuable potential clients. Therefore, you should care about the details about them;
Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues, and other experts; communicate and share best practices
What do you have in store?
Relevant work experience e.g. position within a media agency so you know how to handle ad trafficking and ad ops;
Knowledge of platforms, such as Meta for Business and DV360/CM360 is a must
A passion for Digital Marketing, tech or experience in a customer-oriented position;
At your best in a fast-paced, start-up environment where you need to be flexible;
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
