What we do
At Cape, we scale digital marketing to supercharge the creative workflow and automate the campaign setup for our clients. Our users can create, collaborate, and publish their display, social, video, and DOOH solutions in one platform. The creation of relevant ads with custom templates is automated while achieving a fantastic workflow by collaborating within the Cape platform. Once the ad is ready to be published, the ad trafficking and media buying is fully automated by our tool, so our clients can publish in a few clicks to the correct audience on all media channels.
What you'll do
Cape is looking for a Client Success Manager who has some years under their belt on the (creative/ media) agency side. Your strengths lay in problem-solving, planning and managing client expectations. You are eager to work in an international MarTech organisation that services the tech solution to top-tier advertisers world-wide. As a Client Success, you will onboard new customers to our ever-growing SaaS platform. During the onboarding, you are the contact person for clients that understands their desired solution. You tie together the two teams (creative and publication) so that everything works seamlessly for our clients.
After onboarding, you will help clients with additional requests and build a long-term relationship. You will keep a birds-eye view of the entire campaigning process of the client and direct our Project Managers that are responsible for the creative and the campaign setup to ensure the Cape environment is set up according to the client’s needs.
Some other responsibilities include:
Being the main person of contact for our clients when they have questions about their setup
Analysing our clients’ current campaign setup and best practices, so you can apply automation to their way of working
Developing, implementing, and owning the publication setup of clients from various industries
Working in the midst of new tech solutions created by our development team and understanding the client's needs
Building relations with clients across the globe.
Relevant work experience e.g. senior position within an agency or experience as a project manager;
Knowledge of platforms such as Meta for Business and DV360/CM360 is a plus
A passion for Digital Marketing, tech, or experience in a customer-oriented position;
Professional English and Spanish proficiency
